hi. i’m pearl. i’m a 40-something asian-american woman living in the san francisco bay area who has been on the internet for far too long. i’ve been writing and posting on social media since the mid 1990s, coding my own geocities sites and starting a blog on blogger, thru xanga and livejournal, myspace and friendster and facebook et al. i’m coming back to posting here since facebook and twitter have really become trash fires.
in a past life i used to work on videogames. in my current life i read a lot and look after my family.
